Visiting Your Loved Ones

Book a Visit

We understand and appreciate that restrictions on visiting loved ones has had an impact on our residents, their families and friends and we are pleased to announce that Broughton House care home is now open for visits; either via the Bubble, inside reception or in your loved ones residence.
We couldn’t be happier to be able to offer these choices whilst continuing to keep our residents, staff and visitors safe.
Our reception area is a large and comfortably furnished space, at the entrance to our home, where you can meet your loved ones for face to face interactions. It includes a self-service cafe and lots of available seating options, so you’ll have no issue finding a place that’s comfortable for you. The tall-backed chairs by the windows are a hugely popular choice amongst our residents.
Spacious, with views of the garden, the receptions area makes for an all-round great place to see your loved one.

Our Bubble was built and upgraded by 202 Field Squadron Corps of Royal Engineers, with materials supplied by The Eric Wright Group, to ensure the upmost safety for our Residents and their loved ones when visiting.
The bubble is equipped with a microphone and speaker system to make for a clear and crisp chat between you and your loved one so it’s just like your in the room with them.
Between every visit, the bubble is sanitised, by a member of our care team, for your protection.
