As the Director of Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement at Circle Health Group, a Colonel within the army reserves, and a King’s Honourary Nurse, Sharon brings a wealth of clinical and military expertise to Broughton House’s board.

Sharon has been highly commended throughout her career, having been awarded the Laing & Buisson award for “Outstanding Contribution to Independent Health Care”. In 2012, Sharon was also awarded the Associate of the Royal Red Cross – the highest honour in nursing – for overseeing Camp Bastion’s Role 3 hospital in Afghanistan during the height of the conflict.
