Neil joined the board of Broughton House in 2024 and brings a wealth of business and commercial experience from a 40-year career working for MoD, BP Oil and Multinational IT providers.

He has worked across Defence (MoD), Central Government (The Home Office) and the Private Sector managing large multi-million-pound IT programmes and contracts. As a successful leader of teams both in the UK and internationally, Neil brings extensive commercial, financial, sales, governance, and programme and service delivery experience to the Broughton House board.
