Rob brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, governance and commercial leadership to his role as a trustee. An FCCA-qualified accountant, he has held senior finance positions across international organisations and businesses.

His relationship with Broughton House began in 2018 when he provided financial and project consultancy during the development of the care village. Since joining the Board in 2026, he has contributed to strategy, governance, financial oversight and long-term sustainability.
