Tim is a senior HR and organisational change professional and UK-registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with over 30 years’ experience advising boards and executive teams on HR, organisational structure, workforce wellbeing, and sustainable leadership. He has held senior roles with organisations including UBS, Ricardo plc, Vistra, Price Waterhouse, Andersen Consulting and Doctus Plc and has extensive experience in workforce transformation, governance, and post-acquisition integration.

Since 2024, Tim has been a partner in a Singapore-based human capital consultancy he helped establish. He also works as a Management Coach with British Maritime Technologies, supporting leaders in their development in the organisation.
